The landscape of this prominent estate home had been renovated about five years earlier, but the plant selection was a straightforward green foliage/white flower scheme. The current owner wanted something with more pizazz - more color and longer bloom. The new planting plan utilized a wide range of perennial and shrub color with bloom covering the entire growing season. Each garden has its own unique scheme: Pink (east), Multicolor (south and front), and Blue (west and north patio, echoing the water feature). All spray-irrigated planting areas were also converted to subsurface drip irrigation.
