This residential infill development, located within walking distance of a large community park and pedestrian-oriented commercial center, features podium condominiums, brownstone-style town homes, and a small live/work parcel. With a desired density of almost 20 DU/acre, proper placement of structures and access routes was critical. Special attention was given to the creation of attractive, intimate spaces, with entry features, evergreen foliage/flower/fall color, and fragrant plants throughout. Landscape water use is minimized in part by limiting turf to a central interior space; waterwise plants are used throughout the project.
