This park in the California desert incorporated several sports amenities and a totlot. The ball fields, set about 12' below the parking terrace, were intended to double as a retention basin (should the need arise). Evergreen Eucalyptus and Melaleucas line the facility, creating a pleasing backdrop and visual buffer.
