The addition of a small retail building to an existing office complex triggered several site changes, including a request from city staff for a "gateway feature" on this prominent street corner. The plaza space, modeled here in SketchUp, serves as the anchor for a linear streetscape that symbolizes flowing water: blue-grey concrete leading from the new retail component, tying into a landscape filled with blue foliage grasses, shrubs, and orange to yellow flowering perennials.
