Beginning with the conceptual master plan for a three-acre park (Phase One) and ten-acre park (Phase Two), work as prime consultant included design of the park facilities and development of construction drawings for Phase One. Park facilities include tot lots, sports fields (baseball, combination basketball courts/roller hockey rink, soccer field), bike paths, and utility corridor pedestrian crossings. Extensive coordination with city staff, Parks Commission presentations, architect, engineers. Total budget: $3 million.
