Beginning with the conceptual master plan for a three-acre park (Phase One) and ten-acre park (Phase Two), work included design of the park facilities and development of construction drawings for Phase One. Park facilities included tot lots, sports fields (baseball, combination basketball courts/roller hockey rink, soccer field), bike paths, and utility corridor pedestrian crossings. As the prime consultant, I also maintained extensive coordination with city staff (including Parks Commission presentations), architect, engineers. Total budget: $3 million.
